Our Resolution Process

  • Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 business hours.
  • Investigation: Our team will impartially review the circumstances surrounding your complaint.
  • Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days and will provide you with a written outcome.

External Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our internal resolution, you may have the right to escalate the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), depending on the nature of the complaint involving our partner institutions.
